Phenomenal service. I called Paul on a Sunday with a non-emergency expecting to schedule an appointment, and he was at the house working just a few hours. He was thorough, generous with his time, provided invaluable advice about an upcoming project and even fixed a long-standing issue that I thought was just an accepted part of the house. When I thought he was finished, he told me he wasn’t pleased with one portion of his work, so he returned the next day to bring it to his standards - and mind you, I didn’t realize that more could be done.
